Here is a quick Smoothie Recipe
1 Cup Cranberry (or other 100% juice, with no Sugar Added)
1/2 Cup Berries (I use frozen raspberry, blackberry and blueberries)
1/4 to 1/2 Cup Organic Sugar Free Sorbet (I used Mango)
- Vary the amount of berries and Sorbet according to how thick you would like the smooothie to be. I use this smoothie as a breakfast. Enjoy!
