Quick Recipe

Here is a quick Smoothie Recipe

1 Cup Cranberry (or other 100% juice, with no Sugar Added)
1/2 Cup Berries (I use frozen raspberry, blackberry and blueberries)
1/4 to 1/2 Cup Organic Sugar Free Sorbet (I used Mango)
- Vary the amount of berries and Sorbet according to how thick you would like the smooothie to be. I use this smoothie as a breakfast. Enjoy!

Prequel


Hello All and Happy New Year!!

I hope you all enjoy what I will be posting here. My plan for this blog is that everyday I will be posting a recipe that I have either tried myself (or occasionally a recipe that in my experience looks good/do-able) that will both be yummy and follow the Daniel Fast. It is my personal belief that God can really minister through fasting and hope that this year he will do just that for everyone who may read this and myself. I am also intending to post a scripture everyday that really ministered to me through my reading as this year I am really seeking to do more studying. Whatever the case I hope that this blog will both bring me closer to God and mature through 2010, and minister to you and save you from panic and make fasting the enjoyable God seeking experience it should be.
